Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Deveined marinated prawns -1/2 kg
  2. Pearl onions - 1/4 kg
  3. Gingly oil - 1/4 liter
  4. Roasted coriander seeds paste - 2 Tbsps
  5. red chilly paste - 1 tbsp
  6. ginger garlic and green chilies paste - 1 tsp
  7. turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  8. pepper powder -1 tbsp
  9. tomato paste - 3 Tbsps
  10. garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  11. coconut milk - 2 Cups
  12. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. PRAWN CURRY ! BY RAMANI THIAGARAJAN !
  2. Peel and take 1/4 kg pearl onions!
  3. Sauté Chopped Pearl onions with little salt and gingly oil !
  4. sautéed onions,fennel pepper powder,roasted coriander seeds paste,turmeric,ginger garlic paste salt
  5. In a saucepan add butter and oil !Add fennel seeds,Chilies and sauté!
  6. Add turmeric,garam masala powder,pepper powder and sauté !
  7. Add curry leaves,coriander Paste,salt and sauté !
  8. Add green chilies,ginger garlic paste,sautéed Pearl onions !
  9. Sauté in medium heat !
  10. Sauté in medium heat !
  11. Add tomato paste !
  12. Mix all ingredients and sauté in medium heat !
  13. Add marinated prawns !
  14. Mix well !
  15. Sauté well !
  16. Take one cup fresh coconut milk !
  17. Cook the prawns with second coconut milk and add thick first coconut milk and stir well !
  18. Stir all ingredients with coconut milk !
  19. Cook in medium heat !
  20. Garnish with coriander leaves !PRAWN CURRY is ready !
