  1. Maggie mushroom Penne 2 pkts
  2. water 4 cups
  3. FOR SRIRACHA SAUCE-
  4. tomatoes 2 chopped
  5. Mozzarella cheese 4 tbsp
  6. Milk 2/3 cup
  7. cream 1/4 th cup
  8. Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
  9. tomato sauce 2 tbs
  10. garlic pods 4 to 5
  11. Salt & pepper 1 tsp
  12. onion 1 chopped

Instructions

  1. ADD THE CONTENTS OF 2 PACKETS OF MAGGI MUSHROOM PENNE PAZZTA INTO 4 CUPS WATER
  2. ADD THE TASTEMAKERS WHICH COME ALONG WITH THE PACK, MIX WELL & BRING TO A BOIL
  3. SIMMER & COOK THE PAZZTA AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACK
  4. COOK UNTIL DONE, RETAIN THE RUNNY, CREAMY TEXTURE, SET ASIDE
  5. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION
  6. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF SALT & PEPPER
  7. ADD 4-5 CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES, 1 TSP DRY MIXED HERBS
  8. ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES, 2 TBSP EACH OF TOMATO SAUCE & SRIRACHA SAUCE
  9. MIX & COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 5-6 MINS
  10. WHISK 2/3 CUP MILK WITH 1/4 CUP FRESH CREAM, WHISK & ADD TO THE ONION-TOMATO MIX
  11. ADD THE READY MAGGI PAZZTA, MIX & TAKE OFF HEAT
  12. FILL THE READY PAZZTA INTO RAMEKINS
  13. TOP IT WITH SOME MOZZARELLA CHEESE, BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 5 MINS
  14. SERVE HOT, TRY IT, IT'S YUM
