  2. Beans 6
  3. ginger garlic paste 1teaspoon
  4. rice 1/2 cup
  5. salt
  6. pepper 2teaspoon
  7. ghee 2

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TSP GHEE IN A NONSTICK PAN, ADD 1 SLICED ONION
  2. ADD 1 TSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  3. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF THINLY CHOPPED STRIPS OF CARROT & FRENCH BEANS, SAUTE UNTIL SOFT
  4. ADD SALT & PEPPER POWDER TO TASTE, MIX WELL
  5. ADD 2 CUPS COOKED & COOLED BASMATI RICE, MIX & COOK FOR 2 MINS, SERVE HOT
