  1. Basmati rice...2cup
  2. Spring onion....250gm
  3. Garlic...25
  4. ginger paste...1tspn
  5. Onion...2
  6. Peas...1cup
  7. Capsicum...1
  8. Mushroom...250gm
  9. Soya sauce....1tspn
  10. tomato sauce...1tspn
  11. Green chilli sauce...1tspn
  12. salt to taste
  13. Cornflour...1tspn
  14. Capsicum...1

Instructions

  1. HEAT 4-5 TBSP OIL, ADD 5 CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES, 3 GREEN CHILLIES, SAUTE FOR A FEW SECONDS
  2. ADD 2 CHOPPED ONIONS, 1 TSP GINGER PASTE, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  3. ADD 250 GMS WASHED & CHOPPED MUSHROOMS, 1 CHOPPED CAPSICUM, 1 CUP PEAS
  4. ADD SALT, 1 TSP AMCHUR POWDER
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI & TURMERIC POWDER
  6. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF SOYA GREEN CHILLI & TOMATO SAUCES
  7. ADD 1 TSP CORNFLOUR IN 1 CUP OF WATER, STIR & COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
  8. COOK UNTIL THE VEGGIES TURN SOFT, TAKE OFF HEAT
  9. HEAT 4 TSP OIL, ADD 15 CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES, 5 TSP SPRING ONION WHITES
  10. ADD 1 CUP SPRING ONIONS, 2 CUPS SOAKED BASMATI RICE, COOK FOR 5-7 MINS, SERVE WITH MUSHROOM MASALA
