  1. Ragi flour - 1/2 cup
  2. Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Required salt
  4. A pinch turmeric
  5. 2 sliced onions
  6. Handful of curry leaves

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1/2 CUP EACH OF RAGI & RICE FLOURS, SALT TO TASTE, A PINCH TURMERIC POWDER, 3-4 SLICED ONIONS
  2. SPRINKLE FEW DROPS OF WATER, COMBINE UNTIL THE MIXTURE ATTAINS A BINDING CONSISTENCY
  3. ADD 15-20 WASHED CURRY LEAVES, MIX TO MAKE SMALL BALLS
  4. DROP THE BALLS OF DOUGH IN HOT OIL, DEEP FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP LIKE THIS
  5. SERVE HOT WITH TEA
