Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. for vegetable masala Oil one table spoon
  2. Carrot one cup diced
  3. Cabbage one cup diced
  4. Capsicum one cup diced
  5. Sweet corn one cup boiled
  6. crushed garlic half tea spoon
  7. Green chili finely chopped half tea spoon
  8. Black pepper half tea spoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. For chapatis - whole wheat flour one cup
  11. All purpose flour one cup
  12. Salt 1/4 tea spoon
  13. Water as required
  14. Ghee for kneading
  15. Ghee or butter for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 CUP DICED CARROTS, SAUTE
  2. ADD 1 CUP EACH OF DICED CABBAGE & CAPSICUM
  3. ADD 1 CUP BOILED SWEET CORN, 1/2 TSP CRUSHED GARLIC, SAUTE
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES & PEPPER POWDER, SALT, COOK FOR 3-4 MINS, SET ASIDE
  5. TAKE 1 CUP EACH OF WHOLE WHEAT & ALL PURPOSE FLOURS
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP SALT, WATER AS REQUIRED & KNEAD A DOUGH
  7. GREASE THE READY DOUGH WITH 1 TSP GHEE
  8. TAKE A SMALL BALL OF DOUGH, ROLL OUT A ROTI
  9. GRILL THE ROTI ON A HOT TAVA
  10. GRILL FROM BOTH SIDES, PLACE 2 TBSP READY STUFFING ON ONE HALF OF THE ROTI, LIKE THIS
  11. KEEP A CHEESE SLICE ON TOP, FOLD IT
  12. GREASE WITH GHEE OR BUTTER, GRILL UNTIL CRISP FROM BOTH SIDES
  13. CUT THE QUESADILLA FROM CENTRE
  14. SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO KETCUP / SALSA SAUCE ON THE SIDE
