Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato two boiled
  2. Bread crumbs two table spoon
  3. Salt to taste ( sea salt and black salt )
  4. Red chilli powder half tea spoon
  5. Cheese cube one
  6. Corn flour two tea spoon
  7. Water as required
  8. Oil fir frying
  9. Chips and sauce fir serving

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 BOILED POTATOES, MASH THEM
  2. ADD SEA SALT & ROCK SALT TO TASTE, 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  3. ADD 2 TBSP BREADCRUMBS, MIX WELL
  4. MAKE A SMOOTH DOUGH LIKE THIS
  5. SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS
  6. TAKE A CHEESE CUBE, DIVIDE INTO 5 STICKS, LIKE THIS
  7. TAKE A BREAD BALL, PLACE 1 CHEESE STICK ON TOP, GATHER THE ENDS, CLOSE & SHAPE INTO A ROLL
  8. GET ALL THE ROLLS READY
  9. TAKE 2 TBSP CORNFLOUR, ADD A PINCH OF SALT, WATER AS REQUIRED, MIX INTO A SLURRY
  10. DIP THE CHEESE CIGARS IN THE CORNFLOUR SLURRY, DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  11. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  12. SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO KETCHUP, GREEN CHUTNEY & CHIPS
