Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 tsp ghee
  2. 1/2 tsp mustard and urad dal
  3. 1/2 tsp cumin
  4. 10 cashews
  5. 2 green chilli
  6. 1 tsp grated ginger
  7. 6 garlic pods
  8. a bunch of curry leaves 
  9. 2 Boiled sweet corn
  10. 1/2 cup milk
  11. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  13. 1/4 tsp hing
  14. required salt
  15. 2 tbspn grated coconut
  16. 1/2 lemon juice
  17. 1 tbspn of coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TSP GHEE, ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL & CUMIN SEEDS
  2. ADD 10 CASHEWS, SAUTE
  3. ADD 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, 1 TSP GRATED GINGER, 6 CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES, A FEW CURRY LEAVES
  4. ADD THE CORN PASTE TO THE TEMPERING, SAUTE WELL
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP MILK, MIX & COOK FOR 5 MINS
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC,1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/4 TSP ASAFOETIDA, SALT, MIX & COOK FOR 5-7 MINS
  7. ADD 2 TBSP GRATED FRESH COCONUT
  8. ADD THE JUICE OF 1/2 A LEMON
  9. GARNISH WITH 2 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, SERVE
