Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 2 cups boiled
  2. Curd 2 cups
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil 1 table spoon
  5. Mustard seed 1 tea spoon
  6. Chana dal 1 tea spoon
  7. Kari leaves 10 to 15
  8. Green chili 1 finely chopped
  9. Onion 1 finely chopped
  10. Carrot 1 grated
  11. Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS BOILED RICE, ADD 2 CUPS CURD
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL & SET ASIDE
  3. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF MUSTARD SEEDS, CHANA DAL, 10-15 CURRY LEAVES
  4. ADD 1 EACH OF A FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI & ONION, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  5. ADD 1 GRATED CARROT, SAUTE UNTIL SOFT
  6. ADD THE READY TADKA TO THE CURD RICE, MIX WELL
  7. GARNISH WITH A HANDFUL OF CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
