Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled rice
  2. salt to taste
  3. 1 tsp white pepper powder
  4. 1tbsp soya sauce
  5. 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 1Tbsp garlic paste
  8. 1 cup diced carrots
  9. 2 tbsp spring onion white chopped
  10. 1 stalk spring onion green chopped
  11. 1 cup chopped cabbage
  12. 3 tbsp oil
  13. 250gm boneless chicken cut into small chunks

Instructions

  1. POUR 3 TBSP OIL INTO A HEATED WOK
  2. BEAT 2 EGGS AND POUR INTO WOK. SCRAMBLE IT WELL.
  3. ADD 250 GMS OF BONELESS CHICKEN. SAUTE WELL.
  4. ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED CABBAGE. SAUTE WELL.
  5. ADD 1 CUP DICED CARROTS
  6. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF THE WHITE AND GREEN PART OF SPRING ONION. MIX WELL.
  7. ADD 1 TBSP GARLIC PASTE. SAUTE WELL.
  8. ADD 1 TBSP WHITE PEPPER POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE.
  9. ADD 1 CUP BOILED RICE. STIR WELL.
  10. MIX 1 TBSP SOYA SAUCE
  11. SPRINKLE A PINCH OF SPRING ONION GREEN. STIR WELL.
  12. ADD 1 TBSP VINEGAR. SAUTE AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE.
  13. FRIED RICE IS READY TO BE SERVED.
