ABOUT Spicy Mutton keema RECIPE

Spice up your weekend with a perfect lunch. My best lunch here is the perfect spread with spicy Mutton keema accompanied with rice, naan and salad. Actually Mutton keema goes well with anything, rice or / and naan. Lastly garnished with ginger julienes and roasted chilli flakes have added the final spice and look to it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton keema - 500 gms
  2. oil - 3 tbsps
  3. onions - 2 medium chopped finely
  4. ginger 1 tbsp
  5. garlic 1 tbsp
  6. cumin 1/2 tsp
  7. turmeric 1/2 tsp
  8. coriander powder 1 tsp
  9. chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala 1 tsp
  11. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. HEAT 3 TBSP OIL, ADD 2 CHOPPED ONION , SAUTE TILL TRANSLUCENT
  2. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF CHOPPED GINGER & GARLIC , SAUTE
  3. ADD 500 GM MINCED MUTTON
  4. MIX WELL & COOK TILL DRY
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC & CUMIN, 1 TSP EACH OF CORIANDER, CHILLI & GARAM MASALA
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE & 1 CUP WATER
  7. COVER & COOK TILL DONE
