Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup whole wheat flour
  2. 2tsp coffee powder
  3. One and half cup milk
  4. 1/4 cup sugar
  5. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  7. A pinch of salt
  8. oil for cooking
  9. for coffee syrup - 1/4 cup water
  10. 2tsp coffee powder
  11. sugar according to our taste

Instructions

  1. IN A BIG BOWL TAKE 1 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR AND ADD SUGAR , 1/4 TSP BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA .
  2. THEN ADD 2TSP COFFEE POWDER , A PINCH OF SALT AND ONE AND HALF CUP MILK . MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND MAKE THICK BATTER .
  3. TAKE A PAN AND POUR 1 DROP OIL ON TISSUE PAPER AND SPREAD IT ON PAN .
  4. NOW POUR 1 TBSP BATTER ON PAN AND COOK.
  5. FLIP IT AND COOK FROM ANOTHER SIDE .
  6. COFFEE DORAYAKI IS READY.
  7. NOW FOR COFFEE SYRUP - IN A HOT WATER, ADD SUGAR AND COFFEE POWDER AND COOK FOR 5-7 MINUTES .LET IT COOL DOWN .
  8. POUR COFFEE SYRUP ON COFFEE DORAYAKI . COFFEE DORAYAKI TOPPED WITH COFFEE SYRUP IS READY TO SERVE .
