Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Boiled potato. 1
  2. Maida. 5-6 tbsp
  3. Crushed green chillies. 1 tsp
  4. Crushed ginger. 1 tsp
  5. Salt. To taste
  6. Pepper. 1 tsp
  7. Chopped tomato. 1/4 cup
  8. Chopped onions. 1/2 cup
  9. Chopped garlic. 1 tsp
  10. Italian herbs. 1 tsp
  11. Oil. 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. IN 1 BOILED & MASHED POTATO, ADD 1TSP CRUSHED GREEN CHILLIES & 1 TSP GINGER
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  3. ADD 5-6 TBSP FLOUR
  4. MIX INTO A SMOOTH DOUGH
  5. ROLL A SMALL PORTION OF DOUGH
  6. CUT INTO PIECES
  7. MARK WITH RIDGES
  8. COOK GNOCCHI FOR 5 MINS IN SALTED, BOILING WATER, DRAIN AND KEEP ASIDE
  9. IN 3 TBSP HOT OIL, ADD 1 TSP GARLIC
  10. ADD 1/2 CUP ONIONS AND SAUTE TILL TRANSLUCENT
  11. ADD 1/4 CUP TOMATOES
  12. ADD SALT TO TASTE & 1 TSP PEPPER
  13. AND 1 TBSP MIXED HERBS
  14. ADD THE COOKED GNOCCHI, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS & SERVE HOT
