An amazing name for an equally amazing innovative idea. Isn't it friends? Well !!! I gave this name to my nan khatais made out of boiled potato. Amazingly delish and also a very very easy recipe that can be whipped up in just a few minutes. The best part is that these are healthy too with the addition of potato. Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Boiled potato medium 1
  2. All purpose flour 1 cup
  3. Sugar 3/4 th cup
  4. Oil 2/3 rd cup
  5. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  6. cardamom powder 1 tsp
  7. Almonds about 15

Instructions

  1. FIRST OF ALL TAKE A BOILED POTATO IN A MIXING BOWL.
  2. NOW MASH THE POTATO WELL.
  3. NEXT KEEP ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS HANDY.
  4. AND START ADDING THEM ONE BY ONE.
  5. NOW, AFTER ADDING ALL OF THEM,
  6. START KNEADING IT JUST LIKE A NORMAL DOUGH.
  7. ADD OIL LITTLE BY LITTLE AND NOT ALL AT ONCE.
  8. SO THAT WE GET A SMOOTH DOUGH WITHOUT EXCESS OIL DRIPPING FROM IT.
  9. NOW THE DOUGH IS READY AND OUT OF 2/3 RD CUP OF OIL, ABOUT 2 TABLESPOONS OF OIL IS LEFT UNUSED.
  10. NOW LINE A BAKING TRAY WITH THE BUTTER PAPER AND START MAKING GOLF SIZE BALLS OUT OF THE DOUGH.
  11. PRESS AN ALMOND ONTO EACH BALL.
  12. BAKE IT IN A PREHEATED FAN ASSISTED OVEN FOR ABOUT 18 MINUTES.
  13. ON 180°
  14. AFTER 18 MINUTES, POTATAI LOOK PERFECTLY DONE.
  15. THEY LOOK FABULOUS WITH A NICE GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR.
  16. AND PERFECTLY DONE TOO WITH AN AWESOME TEXTURE.
