ABOUT Quick Masala Aloo RECIPE

Aloo fry is an easy quick, crispy aloo made with less oil which makes a great side dish with rice dal or paratha.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. potatoes 3
  2. oil
  3. jeera 1 1/2 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  5. haldi 1/8 tsp
  6. coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
  7. salt to taste
  8. coriander leaves handful

Instructions

  1. MIX 1/4 TSP TURMERIC, SALT TO TASTE & 1.5 TSP CORIANDER INTO 2-3 POTATOES
  2. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI, 1/2 TSP CUMIN & 1.5 TBSP OIL, MIX, KEEP ASIDE FOR 10 MINS
  3. ADD 1 TSP CUMIN INTO 1.5 TSP HOT OIL
  4. ADD POTATOES, COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 7-8 MINS
  5. WHEN COOKED, TOSS OVER HIGH HEAT
  6. SPRINKLE FRESH CORIANDER, SERVE HOT
