Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dark Chocolate 200 gms
  2. Amul Fresh Cream 250 ml
  3. Walnuts or nuts of your choice - 1 cup
  4. butter 1 tbsp
  5. 8 to 10 whole wheat digestive biscuits.

Instructions

  1. CHOP THE CHOCOLATE INTO PIECES AND LINE THE CAKE TIN.
  2. BREAK BISCUITS INTO SMALL PIECES.
  3. HEAT 250 ML CREAM IN A PAN TILL IT STARTS TO BUBBLE. SWITCH OFF
  4. ADD CHOCOLATE CHUNKS AND BUTTER.
  5. STIR TO MELT CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER.
  6. ALLOW CHOCOLATE MIXTURE TO SLIGHTLY COOL
  7. IN A CAKE TIN, ADD LITTLE BISCUITS CRUMBS AND NUTS. POUR SOME CHOCOLATE GANACHE ON TOP
  8. REPEAT THE PROCESS OF LAYERING TWICE.
  9. GARNISH WITH NUTS OVER THE TOP OF THE CAKE AND CHILL UNTIL SET
  10. SLICE AND SERVE BISCUIT CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CAKE
