Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. maida 1.5 cups
  3. yeast 2 tsp
  4. Warm water 1 cup
  5. sugar 1 tbsp
  6. 1 egg +1 tbsp milk whisked
  7. Cooked mince 1/2 cup
  8. Grated cheese 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. ADD FLOURS ,SALT AND 2 TBSP OIL IN A BOWL.MIX WELL.ADD MILK AND HALF OF THE EGG MIXTURE . MIX WELL
  2. ADD YEAST ,SUGAR AND 1/2 OF WARM WATER IN A CUP AND WHISK THE MIXTURE WELL
  3. COVER THE YEAST MIX TO LET IT RISE
  4. AFTER 5 TO 8 MINS IT WILL BE ALL FROTHY AND BUBBLY.ADD THIS TO THE FLOUR MIX
  5. ADD WATER IF REQUIRED. KNEAD TO SMOOTH DOUGH
  6. KNEAD FOR 5-7 MINUTES
  7. COAT DOUGH WITH OIL. COVER AND REST IN WARM PLACE FOR 2 HOURS
  8. GENTLY DEFLATE DOUGH
  9. FLATTEN THE DOUGH
  10. ADD KHEEMA ,CHEESE AND THE REST OF THE EGG MIXTURE IN A BOWL. MIX WELL
  11. DIVIDE THE DOUGH INTO 8 BALLS.ADD THE MIXTURE AT THE CENTER . SEAL THE POCKETS
  12. USE A FORK TO TIGHTEN THE EDGES
  13. MAKE CUTS ON TOP TO REMOVE AIR TRAPPED INSIDE
  14. BRUSH THESE POCKETS WITH EGG AND MILK WASH
  15. BAKE THEM IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 200 DEGREES FOR 20 TO 22 MINS OR TILL THEY ARE GOLDEN BROWN
  16. SERVE WARM
