ABOUT CHOCOLATE ECLAIRS RECIPE

Eclair is a puffed pastry filled with cream and topped with icing.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Water 1 cup
  2. Butter 1/2 cup
  3. All purpose flour 1 cup
  4. Eggs 2
  5. Whipped cream to fill
  6. Molten chocolate to dip

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 CUP WATER AND 1/2 CUP BUTTER.
  2. GIVE BOIL AND ADD 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR. MIX.
  3. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES.
  4. REMOVE TO A BOWL. ADD ONE EGG.
  5. MIX WITH BEATER.
  6. ADD SECOND EGG AND MIX IT WELL TOO.
  7. FILL THE PREPARED BATTER IN A PIPING BAG.
  8. PIPE AROUND THREE INCHES LONG ECLAIRS ON A GREASED BUTTER PAPER.
  9. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR ABOUT 25 MINUTES AT 180 DEGREES.
  10. WHEN GOLDEN ON TOP REMOVE FROM OVEN.
  11. PREPARE ALL ECLAIRS.
  12. MAKE A SLIT IN EACH ECLAIR.
  13. PIPE IN WHIPPED CREAM IN SLITS.
  14. DIP THE TOP OF ECLAIRS IN MELTED DARK CHOCOLATE.
  15. ECLAIRS ARE READY TO RELISH.
