Wraps, paranthas, Frankie’s...we use flour to roll out Chaat is/rotis for all. How about changing the composition of our daily chapati? Try this new way to yield sold and delicious chapatis.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 50 gms all purpose flour
  2. 50 gms whole wheat flour
  3. 1 tbs salt
  4. 150 gms boiled sweet potatoes
  5. 1 tbspn oil

Instructions

  1. MASH 150 GMS SWEET POTATOES.
  2. COMBINE 50 GMS ALL PURPOSE & 50 GMS WHOLE WHEAT FLOURS, 1 TBSP OIL & 1 TBSP SALT.
  3. COMBINE SWEET POTATOES WITH FLOUR MIXTURE. KNEAD INTO A SOFT DOUGH USING VERY LESS WATER.
  4. KEEP ASIDE.
  5. ROLL PREPARED DOUGH INTO THIN CHAPATIS
  6. USING A DOLLOP OF GHEE, COOK THE CHAPATIS.
  7. COVER PREPARED CHAPATIS TO KEEP THEM WARM TILL SERVED.
