Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 WHEAT ROTI
  2. 2 Cheese slices
  3. 200 grams Chopped Mushroom
  4. Chopped onions 2
  5. Chopped capsicum 1/2
  6. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  7. Tomato sauce 2 teaspoon
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  9. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Chopped some coriander leavs
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. FRY 2 ONIONS IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP CAPSICUM
  3. ADD 1 TSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
  4. ADD 200 GMS SLICED MUSHROOMS
  5. ADD 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  7. ADD 2 TSP TOMATO SAUCE
  8. MIX WELL
  9. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  10. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER
  11. COVER & COOK FOR 4 MINS
  12. ADD 2 TBSP FRESH CORIANDER, TAKE OFF HEAT
  13. TAKE A ROTI, PLACE A CHEESE SLICE ON TOP
  14. ADD SOME MUSHROOM MIX
  15. FOLD THE ROTI
  16. GRILL FOR 1 MINUTE ON A HOT TAVA , PRESSING DOWN GENTLY
  17. CUT THE ROTI SMALL TRIANGLES
  18. SERVE HOT
