Ragi is a healthy flour .i made this filling also healthy. First time i made them don't know whether we will like or not. But i can not tell you how much tasty they are .crispy, crunchy and tasty.all we can say super hit

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup ragi aata
  2. Salt
  3. 1/2 Water
  4. 1 tsp oil
  5. Chop ginger
  6. Jeera
  7. Green chilli
  8. 1 boil potato
  9. 1/2 cup blanch sprouts
  10. 1/2 cup chop cucumber
  11. 4-5 cashew nuts
  12. 6-7 kishmis
  13. Chop mint and coriander leaves
  14. Salt
  15. Haldi
  16. 1 tep red chilli powder
  17. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  18. Lemon juice
  19. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD JEERA, GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI
  2. SAUTE THEMTHEN ADD POTATO
  3. COOK IT
  4. ADD CUCUMBER
  5. AND SPROUTS
  6. ADD CASHEW AND KISHMIS
  7. ADD SALT ,HALDI AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. ADD LEMON JUICE AND GARAM MASALA
  9. TAKE RAGI AND WATER IN PAN AND MIX THEM
  10. NOW COOK THEM FOR 2-3 MIN
  11. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD REMAINING AATA ADD CARROM SEEDS AND SALT
  12. MAKE DOUGH
  13. GREASE WITH OIL
  14. NOW ROLL DOWN THE DOUGH
  15. AND FILL WITH FILLING IN A MOULD
  16. PREPARE SAMOSA LIKE THAT
  17. FRY THEM IN OIL
  18. SAMOSAS ARE READY
  19. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER AND CHILLI
  20. SERVE WITH MAYO
