  2. 2tblspn oil
  3. 1 small onion
  4. 1 small tomato
  5. Curry leaves
  6. 1 tspn haldi
  7. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  8. 1 tspn cummin powder
  9. 1 green chilli optional
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 lime

Instructions

  1. BREAK 3 ROTI CHAPAATI OR PARATHA AS AVAILABLE ROUGHLY
  2. GRIND THESE BROKEN ROTI PIECES IN A MIXER
  3. GROUND THIS FINE AND DRY CRUMBLES
  4. 1TOMATO,CURRY LEAVES ,1SMALL CHOPPED ONION, GROUND ROTI READY NOW,SAUTE ONIONS AND CURRY LEAVES
  5. FRY THE ONIONS AND ADD A PIECE OF SPLIT IN TWO A GREEN CHILLI
  6. NOW ADD TOMATOES AND STIR FRY FOR 2 MINUTES
  7. ADD 1TSPN OF HALDI,SALT TO TASTE,1TSPN RED CHILLI KASHMIRI 1/4TH TSPN GARLIC CRUSHED
  8. ADD 1 TSPN CORRIANDER POWDER
  9. MIX WELL ,STIR FOR 5 MINUTES
  10. THIS GOLDEN POHA MIX IS READY TO ENJOY.
  11. YOUR ROTI POHA IS READY
