Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Yam / senai kelangu - 1/4 kg
  2. Coconut pieces -1/3 cup
  3. Red chilly- 3
  4. Cumin seeds -1 tsp
  5. Garlic flakes -5
  6. Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Coconut oil-1tbsp
  9. Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
  10. Red chilly-1
  11. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. CUT YAM INTO SMALL CUBES.COOK IT IN WATER
  2. ADD COCONUT,CHILLY,TURMERIC POWDER,CUMIN,GARLIC TO A MIXER
  3. GRIND TO A COARSE PASTE FORM WITH VERY LITTLE WATER.
  4. DRAIN THE COOKED YAM.
  5. HEAT OIL AND ADD ALL TEMPERING INGREDIENTS.THEN ADD THE GROUND MASALA
  6. IT'S DONE.
