A complete food ( roti and sabji ) with a twist , best use for leftover sabji and also good for kids , as they never want to eat sabji roti , so try this sabji roti golden pockets

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup any leftover sabji ( i use cauliflower sabji )
  2. Normal chapati dough ( 2 lemon size balls )
  3. 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
  4. 2 tbsp grated cheese
  5. Corriender leaves
  6. butter or ghee for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. 1/2 CUP OF LEFTOVER ALOO GOBHI SABJI
  2. TAKE A LEMON SIZE BALL AND DUST WITH FLOUR
  3. ROLL INTO A CHAPATI
  4. APPLY SCHEZWAN SACUCE NICELY
  5. PUT 1 TBSP SABJI IN THE CENTER
  6. ADD 1 TBSP GRATED CHEESE ON IT
  7. SOME CORRIENDER LEAVES
  8. FOLD THE SIDES
  9. MAKE A POCKET
  10. HEAT BUTTER ON A HOT GRIDDLE AND SHALLOW FRY THE POCKETS
  11. FRY TILL CRISP FROM ALL TBE SIDES AND EDGES
  12. TAKE OUT IN A PLATE AND CUT WITH PIZZA CUTTER
  13. SERVE WITH SOME CHEESE AND SAUCE
