Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. Half cup low fat milk
  3. 1/4 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  4. 1/2 cup macaroni
  5. 1 tbso maida
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 2 garlic cloves minced
  8. 1tbsp melted butter
  9. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. BOIL 1.5 CUPS WATER
  2. ADD 1 TSP SALT, 1/2 CUP MACARONI
  3. BOIL TILL AL DENTE
  4. DRAIN, DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL, TOSS & KEEP ASIDE
  5. MIX 1 CUP FLOUR, 1 TSP SALT, ADD LITTLE WATER, KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
  6. ADD 1 TSP OIL, MAKE THE DOUGH FIRM, KEEP ASIDE
  7. HEAT 1 TBSP BUTTER, ADD 1 TBSP FLOUR, 1/2 CUP MILK, SALT, PEPPER & 2 MINCED GARLIC CLOVES
  8. STIR & COOK TILL SAUCE THICKENS
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP CHEESE, COOK UNTIL IT MELTS
  10. COOK TILL CREAMY LIKE THIS
  11. ADD COOKED MACARONI, COOK FOR 1 MINUTE, TAKE OFF HEAT
  12. ROLL A BALL OF DOUGH INTO A SMALL ROTI, CUT INTO HALF, DAB THE EDGES WITH WATER
  13. ROLL IT LIKE SAMOSA, ADD SOME MAC N CHEESE STUFFING
  14. SEAL EDGES, KEEP ASIDE
  15. MAKE SAMOSAS USING UP ALL THE STUFFING & DOUGH
  16. FRY SAMOSAS IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  17. DRAIN ON A PAPER TOWEL
  18. SERVE HOT
