ABOUT Pasta in White Sauce RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Pasta:
  2. Pasta 1 cup
  3. Water 3 cups (for boiling pasta)
  4. Salt 1 teaspoon
  5. Oil 1 teaspoon
  6. For white sauce :
  7. Butter 1 tablespoon
  8. All purpose flour 1 tablespoon
  9. Milk 1 cup
  10. Thick cream 1 tablespoon
  11. Other Ingredients :
  12. Oil 1 teaspoon
  13. Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
  14. Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup
  15. Red and yellow bell pepper (chopped) 1/2 cup
  16. Sweet corn 1 tablespoon
  17. Baby corn (chopped) 1 tablespoon
  18. Salt (to taste)
  19. Red Chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  20. Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  21. Dried Oregano 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. HEAT WATER IN A PAN. ADD 1 TEASPOON OIL AND SALT TO IT.
  2. WHEN WATER STARTS BOILING, ADD PASTA TO IT AND SIMMER THE GAS TILL PASTA GETS COOKED PROPERLY.
  3. IN ANOTHER PAN, HEAT BUTTER. ADD ALL PURPOSE FLOUR TO IT. ROAST IT.
  4. WHEN IT GETS ROASTED, ADD MILK TO IT AND LET IT BOIL.
  5. ADD CREAM TO IT AND MIX WELL SO THAT NO LUMPS ARE FORMED.
  6. COOK TILL IT GETS THICK, WHITE SAUCE IS READY.
  7. IN ANOTHER PAN, HEAT OIL. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC TO IT AND SAUTE.
  8. ADD ONIONS, CAPSICUM, BELL PEPPER, BABYCORN AND SWEET CORN TO IT AND MIX WELL.
  9. WHEN PASTA GETS COOKED, DRAIN OT AND RUN UNDER COLD WATER.
  10. ADD PASTA TO SAUTEED VEGGIES.
  11. ADD SALT, BLACK PEPPER POWDER, RED CHILLI FLAKES AND DRIED OREGANO TO IT. MIX WELL.
  12. ADD PREPARED WHITE SAUCE TO IT. AND COOK FOR AROUND 3-4 MINUTES.
