ABOUT Makke aloo ke parathe RECIPE

In winter season my daughter love to have these parathas in her tiffin box. Crunchy and healthy parathas are good for a lunch.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Makke ka aata/corn flour 1 cup
  2. Boiled potatoes 2
  3. Carom seeds 1/2tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Water as required
  7. Ghee for greesing

Instructions

  1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS AND MAKE A DOUGH
  2. TAKE LEMON SIZE DOUGH AND PRESS IT IN A GREESED PLASTIC BAG
  3. PUT THIS PARATHA ON A PRE-HEATED TAWA
  4. SPREAD GHEE AND COOK FROM BOTH SIDES.
