ABOUT Spicy Tomato curry RECIPE

This spicy tangy curry is perfect ti have with paratha poori or rice. You can keep it in your freeze for one week and also can carry for 2-3 days when you are traveling.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. tomatoes 1/2kg.
  2. onion 5
  3. garlic 2 tbsp
  4. Green Chillies 10-15
  5. ginger 1 tbsp
  6. salt to taste
  7. turmeric powder 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder powder 1 tsp
  9. Coriender powder 1 tbsp
  10. Aniseed powder 2 tsp
  11. oil 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. FRY 2 TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC IN 3TBSP PRE-HEATED OIL
  2. ADD JULIAN CUT 1 TBSP GINGER AND FRY .
  3. ADD 10-15 SPLITED GREEN CHILLIES AND SAUTE FOR A MINUTE.
  4. ADD 5 SLICED ONIONS.
  5. SAUTE TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  6. ADD 500GM. SLICED TOMATOES.
  7. MIX WELL.
  8. ADD SALT
  9. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER.
  10. ADD 1 TSP CORIENDER POWDER
  11. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  12. ADD 2 TSP ANISEED POWDER
  13. MIX WELL.
  14. COVER IT AND COOK ON A LOW FLAME.
  15. MESH A LITTLE AND STIR EVENTUALLY.
