  1. Gram flour 1 cup
  2. Potato 2 big sliced
  3. Oil for frying
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder 11/2tsp
  6. Carom seeds 1 tsp
  7. Green chilli 3-4

Instructions

  1. CHOP ONIONS,MAKE SLICES OF POTATO ,GREEN CHILLI.HEAT OIL IN A KADAI
  2. PREAPARE BHAJIYA PASTE BY MIXING RED CHILLI POWDER CAROM SEEDS SALT AND GREEN CHILLI
  3. ADD WATER TO MAKE A PASTE OF BHAJIYA
  4. NOW THE PASTE IS READY TO MAKE BHAJIYAS
  5. ADD GREEN CHILLIES IN IT
  6. NOW ADD PITATO SLICES IN THE PASTE
  7. HEAT OIL DIP THE BHAJIYAS IN IT
  8. TURN ON THE OTHER SIDES AND COOK THEM TILL BROWN AND CRISPY
  9. SEE THE CRISPINESS OF BHAJIYAS
  10. READY TO BE SERVED
