Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Prawn - 400gm
  2. tomato - 1
  3. salt - to taste
  4. Red chilli powder - 1tsp
  5. Stir fry 1:
  6. Curry leaves - few
  7. oil
  8. Chat masala, amchur powder - 1/8 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder - pinch
  10. Bewtroot fry:
  11. Beetroot water - 3 tbsp
  12. (Boiled with a pinch nutmeg, cinnamon, clove and strain it )
  13. Thyme - pinch
  14. oil
  15. Oregano- pinch

Instructions

  1. ADD 2 TSP OF OIL, GG PASTE IN A WOK. SAITE IT FOR A MINUTE
  2. ADD TOMATO, TSP OF CHILLI POWDER AND SALT TO IT
  3. ADD PRAWNS. ALLOW IT TO COOK
  4. NO NEED TO ADD WATER PRAWN ITSELF RELEASES IT. COOK UNTIL WATER GETS DRIED UP.
  5. MEANWHILE ALLOW THE BEETROOT TO BOIL WITH A PINCH OF NUTMEG, CINNAMON, CLOVE POWDER. DRAIN IT
  6. KEEP IT ASIDE
  7. ADD 2 TSP OF OIL, ADD HALF OF THE COOKED PRAWN TO IT. STIR FRY FOR 5 MIN
  8. ADD 1/8 TSP OF EACH AMCHUR POWDER AND CHAAT MASALA
  9. FINALLY ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES AND PINCH OF RED CHILLI POWDER. SWITCH OFF FLAME
  10. PRAWN STIR FRY IS READY
  11. IN A WOK ADD 1 TSP OF OIL, PINCH OF THYME AND 3 TBSP OF BEETROOT WATER
  12. ADD 1/2 TSP OF SCHEZWAN SAUCE, TOMATO SAUCE AND SOYA SAUCE
  13. ADD THE REMANING PRAWN AND STIR IT TILL IT GETS DRIED.ADD TSP OF OIL STIR FOR A MIN
  14. FINALLY ADD RED CHILLI FLAKES AND DRIED OREGANO
