सामग्री सर्विंग: 4

  1. Onion - 1 large chopped
  2. Paneer- 200gm
  3. Tomoto-2 large chopped
  4. Green Chilli-1
  5. Ginger-1"pieces
  6. Corriender
  7. Refined oil- 2 tb spoon
  8. Cumin seeds- 1 tea spoon
  9. Salt -1 tea spoon
  10. Kashmiri red chili- tea spoon
  11. Turmeric powder- half tea spoon
  12. Garam masala - half tea spoon
  13. Chana masala- 1 tea spoon

निर्देश

  1. First of all take a frypan
  2. Then we will pour oil in it
  3. Now we will add cumin seeds to it
  4. Now we will add chopped onion and chopped ginger and now fry it untill golden brown .
  5. Now add chopped tomatoes and chopped green chilli and fry little more
  6. Now add all dry spices and mix well
  7. Now oil will be separate from edges then we will add crumbled paneer and mix well to mixture
  8. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes and now add chopped coriander leaves and mix the mixture
  9. Now tasty paneer bhurji is ready serve it hot with roti, naan or paratha
