सामग्री सर्विंग: 5

  1. Leftover Rice-1 cup
  2. Boiled mashed potatoes-3-4
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Chopped coriander & Mint leaves
  5. Chilli flakes -1 tsp
  6. Garam masala -1 tsp
  7. Cumin powder -1 tsp
  8. Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander powder -1 tsp
  10. Kashmiri red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
  11. Processed cheese -1/4 cup
  12. Ginger-garlic paste -1 tbs
  13. Chopped onion - 1/4 cup
  14. Chopped mix Veggies (French bean, carrot,peas, capsicum)-1/2 cup
  15. Slurry of water+ plain flour
  16. Bread crumbs - 1 cup
  17. Oil for frying
  18. Corn flour -2-3 tbs
  19. Chaat masala -1-2 tbs

निर्देश

  1. First of all take a pan and add oil and then add Onion & ginger-garlic paste...saute
  2. Now add Veggies with one boiled potatoes and spices...cook for 6-7 minutes
  3. Now take a mixing bowl and add remaining potatoes, leftover rice, Corn flour, chaat masala, Salt and mix properly and make a soft dough
  4. Now take out veggies and mix processed cheese...mix
  5. Now take a small part of dough and make flat and fill the stuffing
  6. Cover it properly and dip in slurry then Coat with bread crumbs
  7. Now deep fry in hot oil on low- medium flame
  8. Now Serve with tomato sauce
