  1. 1/2 cup basmati chawal
  2. 4-5 kesar lacche
  3. 1tbsp doodh
  4. 5-6 kaju
  5. 5-6 badam
  6. 1 chota tejpaan patta
  7. 2 long
  8. 1 ilachi
  9. 2 dal chhini
  10. 1 hari mirch
  11. 1/2 tsp adrak
  12. 1/4 tsp souf
  13. 1 Onion
  14. 1/4 cup apple
  15. 1/4 cup anaar
  16. 1/4 cup angur
  17. Namak
  18. 2 tbsp ghee
  19. Oil for onion frying
  20. 1cup water

निर्देश

  1. 1. Ek kadai me ghee garm kare. Badam aur kaju ko thoda tale.
  2. 2. Chalwal ko dhoker 15 minutes k liye Pani dalker rahkhe.
  3. 3. Kesar ko 1 bade chamach doodh me galo.
  4. 4. 1 tbsp ghee me tajpaan, long, ilachi, dal chini dale. Fir Hari mirch, souf, adrak dale.
  5. 5. Fir paani dale aur ek ubbal aane k baad chawal dale, kesar wala doodh, aur cover karke 10 -15 minutes tak hone de.
  6. 6. 2 tbsp oil me onion fry kare.
  7. 7. Ab rice me saare dry fruits aur onion dale. Aur 2 minutes baad gas band karde.
  8. 8. Dahniya patta dal kar garam garam parose.
