Grape and pineapple chutney

Ingredients to make Grape and pineapple chutney

  • pineapple chopped 1 bowl
  • Black grapes 2 bowls
  • Black salt to taste
  • saunf 4 spoons
  • mustard seeds 2 spoons
  • pudina 1 spn
  • sugar 5 spns
  • mustard oil 3 spns
  • jeera powder 1 spn
  • lemon juice 3 spoons

How to make Grape and pineapple chutney

  1. Heat oil in pan and crackle mustard seeds.
  2. Add chopped pineapple and grapes, cook them till they get properly soft.
  3. Add all other leftover ingredients.
  4. Cook they till it is the consistency of a thick chutney.
  5. This chutney can b stored in fridge for a number of days.

My Tip:

Mint leaves add different freshness and taste to the chutney.
