About Boondi Bhel Recipe

A very quick and tasty tangy Boondi Bhel is perfect for any time chhoti chhoti bhook.

Boondi Bhel

Ingredients to make Boondi Bhel

  • Raita boondi 1 cup
  • Cornflakes 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped onions 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp
  • rock salt 1/2 tesp
  • Chat masala 1 tesp
  • Green coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp

How to make Boondi Bhel

  1. IN A BOWL TAKE 1 CUP RAITA BOONDI, 1/2 CUP CORN FLAKES, 2 TBSP EACH FINELY CHOPPED ONION AND TOMATO
  2. ADD 1/2 TESP ROCK SALT, 1 TESP CHAT MASALA, 1 TBSP GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES. MIX.
  3. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE AND MIX WELL.
  4. ENJOY !
