Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 g Mutton
  2. 4 sliced onion
  3. Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt according to your taste
  6. Coriander powder 3 teaspoon
  7. Ginger Garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  8. Cardamom 3
  9. Oil 3 tablespoon
  10. Coriander leaves few

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add 1 tablespoon onion saute till brown color
  2. Now add white cardamom saute for a minute
  3. Now add mutton and ginger garlic paste mix & saute well
  4. Now add all spices and remaining onion
  5. Now pressure cooked till mutton become soft and tender
  6. Now open a lid and saute till oil comes from sides and above
  7. Mashed all the onion well
  8. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve hot with naan
