It's an awesome multiflavoured spicy and obviously delicious dish. Everybody will like this very much.You can definitely try at home.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken piece 600 gm
  2. 2 sliced onion
  3. 1 Sliced tomato
  4. 1 sliced red capsicum
  5. 2 Red chilly
  6. 3 table spoon ginger-garlic and onion paste
  7. 2 tea spoon coriander powder
  8. 2 table spoon turmeric powder
  9. 1 tea spoon kashmiri red chilly powder
  10. 2 table spoon black pepper
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Garam masala (clove,elachi,darchini)
  13. 2 bay leaf
  14. Corriander leaves 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with 2 Table spoon mustard oil,1 table spoon turmeric powder,2 Table spoon ginger-garlic onion paste, 1 table spoon black pepper. Kept aside for 20 mins.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan,add 2 bay leaf, clove, elachi, darchini.
  3. Then add red chilly and sliced Onion to fry, Sprinkle salt.
  4. After 5 mins add chopped tomato and red chopped capsicum,fry for another 5 mins.
  5. Now add 1 table spoon ginger-garlic onion paste,1 table spoon turmeric powder, 2 Tea spoon corriander powder, 1 table spoon black pepper,1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilly powder,salt to taste.
  6. Add 1/2 cup water on the masala paste,mix well for another 10 mins.
  7. It's time to add marinated chicken .
  8. Mix well with the masala paste for another 10 mins and add 1/2 cup water to boil in low flame.Sprinkle some corriander leaves. Cover the lid for 10 mins.
  9. Now Bahari Chicken is ready to serve wit Rice or Roti,Paratha.
