Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato -6pc
  2. Boneless chicken - 500gm
  3. Egg - 2pc
  4. Bread slice - 6pc
  5. Onion ( slice)- 2pc
  6. Ginger garlic and chilly paste - 3tbspn
  7. Tomato (slice) - 1pc
  8. Turmeric powder - 2tbspn
  9. Oil - 3tbspn
  10. Cheese - 4cube
  11. Black pepper -1 tbspn
  12. Tomato sauce as needed
  13. salt as needed

Instructions

  1. Boiled and mashed potatoes .add salt in it.
  2. Take a pan. Add oil and heat it. Add onion slice and fry it in medium flame. Add ginger-garlic-chilli paste in fried onion mix them properly .keep it few minutes for cooking.
  3. Add tomato slice in the mixture and cook all them. When it will be half cooked add turmeric powder ,salt .cover it and cook for 2-3minutes.add water as required.
  4. After that add chicken in the mixture. And cook for 10-15minutes. Now grind the cooked chicken to make a thick chicken paste.
  5. Take the bread slices . wetted the slice in water to Make a dough.
  6. Preheat oven. Take baking tray and spread oil in it. Keep the dough on the tray properly as it cover all the sides of the tray.
  7. Spread the mashed potato on the bread dough and than spread the chicken paste over the mashed potato.
  8. Keep the tray into oven and bake it for 15minutes .
  9. Beat the eggs to make a thick creamy paste. Takeout tray and spread the egg cream over it. Now spread cheese ,black pepper and at last tomato sauce on the cream.
  10. Again keep the tray into oven for 15minutes. After that take it out. Leave it for cool. Cut it in pieces as you wish and serve with tomato sauce.
