Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boneless chicken 200gm
  2. Turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
  3. Chilli powder 1 1/2 tablespoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  6. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  7. FOR MASALA:
  8. Onion 2
  9. Ginger 1 tablespoon
  10. Garlic 1 tablespoon
  11. Green chilli 1-2
  12. Curry leaves
  13. Turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
  14. Chilli powder 1 1/2 tablespoon
  15. Garam masala 1 tablespoon
  16. Chicken masala 1 tablespoon(optional)
  17. Coriander leaves
  18. FOR BATTER:
  19. All purpose flour 2 cup
  20. Egg 2
  21. Milk 1 cup & 2 tablespoon
  22. Oil 3/4 cup
  23. Black pepper 1/2 tablespoon
  24. Salt to taste..

Instructions

  1. First of all,we have to marinate the chicken,take a bowl add chicken,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt & lemon juice....mix it well & keep it aside...
  2. Place a pan on the stove,add some oil & marinated chicken...let it fry for some time...after chicken fried ,take it away from the oil....leave the oil on the pan....grate the fried chicken for furthur use...
  3. Now ,turn on the flame,use the same oil which is already in the pan,add onions,ginger,garlic,green chillies,curry leaves....saute it nicely....then add turmeric powder,chilli powder,chicken powder,garam masala....mix it well...then add grated chicken & coriander leaves into the pan...mix it well....keep the masala mixture aside...
  4. Now ,take a blender add all purpose flour,egg,milk,oil,salt,black pepper....blend it well into batter consistency...
  5. Now ,turn on the flame,place a pressure cooker (without whistle & rubber),apply some oil over the cooker...
  6. Now pour half of the batter to the cooker & close it with lid...leave it to cook for 5 - 10 mins...
  7. After the batter cooked,sprinkle some chicken masala on the cooked batter & then add remaining batter on the masala & close the cooker...once again leave it for 5 to 10 mins....after it cooked ,take out from the cooker & serve hot in the plate....
  8. Here ,a tasty & delicious 'IRANI POLA' is ready....
