Very easy and tasty kebab recipe for vegetarians.

Soya tofu choco kebab

Ingredients to make Soya tofu choco kebab

  • Soyachunks 1/2cup
  • Tofu 100gm
  • potato 2small boiled
  • Cheese 1cube
  • cream 2tbsp
  • onion chopped 1
  • Green chilli chopped 2
  • coriander mint leaves chopped few
  • ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • oil as needed for frying
  • Aluminum foil

How to make Soya tofu choco kebab

  1. Assemble all the ingredients.
  2. Boil soya chunks for 5min. Cool. Squeeze water.
  3. Blend soya chunks, onion, green chilli, mint coriander leaves.
  4. Take out in a mixing bowl, add grated tofu, grated potato, grated cheese, cream, salt, garam masala powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix well. Adjust spices.
  5. Make cylindrical shaped kebabs.
  6. Cut aluminum foils in square shape. Place one kebab and wrap it like chocolate carefully. Repeat for all.
  7. Now fry these in low medium flame for 4-5 minutes flipping in between.
  8. Serve hot with any chutney or sauce of your choice.
