Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 1/2 cup All purpose Flour
  2. 1tesp baking powder
  3. 1/4 tesp salt
  4. 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  5. 3/4 cup butter
  6. 4 Eggs
  7. 1 1/2 cup chopped chocolate or large choco chips
  8. 2 tesp vanilla
  9. 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  10. Glaze : 1 cup chopped chocolate, 1 /2 cup cream(amul cream),1 tesp butter


  1. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes
  2. Line an 9"×9" square tin with parchment paper,1" above the rim of the tin.
  3. Whisk sugar,eggs and vanilla.
  4. Melt chocolate and butter using double boiler method,whisk smooth.
  5. Stir into the egg mixture and mix evenly.
  6. Add the seived dry ingredients fold and beat for a minute.
  7. Transfer the batter to the pan.
  8. Bake at 170℃ for 30 to 35 minutes,until a skewer inserted into the brownie comes out clean.
  9. Let cool,
  10. Prepare glaze,boil cream pour over chopped chocolate add butter let stand for 5 minutes.Stir until melted and smooth.
  11. Spread over the brownie evenly,garnish with chopped toasted walnuts.Let set at room temperature.
  12. Lift the edge of the paper to take the brownie out,cut 15 to 18 squares.Brownies are ready serve with ice cream.
