Take chicken, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp salt together and pressure cook till 2 whistles. Drain excess water. Cut the boiled chicken into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions and garlics, sauté for 1 minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum, sauté for another 1-1,1/2 minutes.
Now add salt, black pepper powder, mixed herbs and oregano. Fry for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
Now turn off the heat and add grated cheese, mix well with the chicken.
Now take two round cutters. One big in size and the other one that is smaller than the first one. Using the bigger size cutter cut all the bread slices into disc. Now take half of the cut piece and using the smaller cutter cut it into smaller disc.
Spread mayonnaise on the bread discs.
Now also spread tomato sauce on the bread discs.
Then to these place the bread rings and press them slightly to seal all the edges, so that they sticks on to the discs.
In the centre of the rings add chicken filling spred some grated cheese. Pre heat the oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes. Now put these bread discs on baking tray and bake them for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with sauce.
