Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk....full cream...2 cup
  2. Suji, lightly roasted on low flame. .1 cup
  3. Pyuri of raw vegetables like peas, capsicum, french beans, cauliflower and tomatoes....1 cup
  4. Lemon juice...1 table spoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper powder...1 tea spoon
  7. Oil or ghee...for tadka...1 tea spoon
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Curry leaves...10
  10. Mustard seeds....1 tea spoon
  11. Chutney or tomato sauce to serve

Instructions

  1. Heat a non stick pan, add oil and mustard seeds, let it splutter
  2. Add curry leaves
  3. Now add milk
  4. Add black pepper powder
  5. Add puree of veggies
  6. Add lemon juice and let the paneer curdle
  7. Now add roasted suji
  8. Stir till it leaves side of the pan
  9. Grease a thali and pour the entire mix in it
  10. Level it and let it sit for some time
  11. Cut it in desired shape
  12. Shallow or deep fry. I made in non stick tawa using little oil
  13. Serve
