Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ingredients for Delight:
  2. Mango puree 1cup
  3. Milk 1 kilogram
  4. Sugar 1 cup or to taste
  5. Chopped pistachio 1 teaspoon
  6. Ilaichi powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Kesar a pinch
  8. Ingredients for Rose:
  9. One ripe mango
  10. Rose water 2 drops


  1. Put milk into the wok.
  2. Cook it for 15 minutes and when it becomes slightly thick, add sugar, kesar, ilachi powder and cook it for another 10 minutes. Turn off the flame.
  3. When it become cool, add mango puree in it.
  4. For rose, take a mango remove the skin of mango and cut it into 2 parts. Then make cuts in very small gaps.
  5. Then slowly spread the cloves of mango and make a flower.
  6. Then put mango delight on it and garnish it with pistachios.
