ABOUT Rose Gulkand Delight RECIPE

Rose flavoured khoya balls stuffed with refreshing gulkand and healthy dryfruits.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 Cup Khoya / Mawa
  2. 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  3. 1 tbsp Gulkand
  4. 1 tsp Rose Syrup
  5. 1 tbsp Mix Dryfruits
  6. 1tsp Pista or Badam Flakes


  1. Dry roast khoya in a pan for 2-3 minutes in low flame without changing the colour.
  2. Add powdered sugar and rose syrup to khoya and knead a dough.
  3. Make small khoya balls and flatten it on your palm.
  4. And stuff it with gulkand and dryfruits. Close it properly from all the sides making small balls.
  5. Your Rose Gulkand Delight is ready to serve.
