Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 2 cup water
  3. 6 cloves of garlic
  4. 1 cup chopped onion
  5. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  6. 3 green chillies
  7. 1 cup paneer cubes
  8. 9-10 cashew nuts
  9. 7-8 kishmis
  10. 3 tbsp oil
  11. 1 tsp jeera
  12. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  13. Pinch of hing
  14. 2 cloves
  15. 1 bay leaf
  16. 1/4 Tsp cinnemon powder
  17. salt as per taste
  18. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  19. 1 tsp haldi
  20. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  21. 1 tsp fennel powder
  22. 1 tsp pepper powder
  23. 1 lemon Juice
  24. Coriander leaves
  25. 6 chopped cherries
  26. 5 cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak rice
  2. Heat oil in cooker
  3. Add jeera,rai,hing,cloves,bay leaf
  4. Let them splutter
  5. Take garlic in a cup
  6. Add fennel powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder ,pepper powder and haldi and mix 2 tsp water
  7. Mix all of them
  8. Now add onion and finger in cooker and saute
  9. Then add garlic mix and let it roast
  10. Then add rice and roast for 1 min.
  11. Then add 2 cup water
  12. And add paneer and 1 chopped chilli
  13. Add remaining chillies as it is
  14. Add salt and lemon juice
  15. Cover with lid and give one whistle
  16. Turn off gas
  17. Let it cool
  18. Then add chopped cherries cashews,raisins
  19. And mix them
  20. Cover for two min.
  21. Garnish with coriander leaves and cherries
  22. Serve hot
