Easy Pineapple muffins made wirh whole wheat flour

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour 1 CUP
  2. Wholewheatflour 1 cup
  3. Custard pwdr 1 tbsp
  4. Baking pwdr 1 tsp
  5. Cinnamon pwdr 1 tsp
  6. Salt a pinch
  7. Eggs 2
  8. Milk 1 cup
  9. Oil 2/3 cup( flavour and odour less)
  10. Canned crushed pineapple 3/4 cup
  11. Brown sugar 1 cup


  1. Preheat the oven at 180degrees C
  2. Drain the pineapple and strain it completely
  3. Seive the flour,baking pwdr,custard pwdr,cinnamon & salt
  4. In a large bowl whisk together eggs,milk,oil,sugar
  5. Add the dry mix and just fold it, do not whisk
  6. Fold in the drained pineapples
  7. Fill the batter2/3rd full in the greased muffin tins
  8. Bake for 20 to 22 mins or till the tops rise and are golden in colour
