Ingredients to make Pineapple Muffins With Custard

  • pineapple round pieces - 4
  • maida - 1/4 Cup
  • Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 1 tsp melted
  • sugar, powdered - 1 tbsp
  • Milk as required to make batter
  • pineapple essence - 1 tsp
  • Custard powder - 1 tsp
  • Milk for custard pudding - 1 Cup
  • sugar for custard - 1 tsp
  • pomegranate seeds for garnish

How to make Pineapple Muffins With Custard

  1. Sieve maida, baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Blend sugar and milk 1/2 cup. Add maida mixture in milk mixture. Mix well and add butter. Mix well and add more milk if needed.
  3. Grease muffins molds. Boil milk in a pan with sugar.
  4. Mix custard powder in 1 tbsp milk and add it in boiling milk. Cook until it becomes thick, turn off the flame and let it cool.
  5. Preheat the oven on 180c for 10 mnts.
  6. Put 2 pieces of pineapple roundels in each mold . Pour the batter on it. Bake for ten minutes.
  7. Take out and turn upside down in the plate. Pour custard pudding.
  8. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve.
