Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250gms Paneer
  2. 2 Onion ( cut vertically)
  3. 10 cloves of garlic
  4. 2" ginger
  5. 3 large Tomatoes
  6. 2 green and black elaichi
  7. 3" Cinnamon stick, 1 star anise, 3 laung
  8. 1tsp. Readymade garam masalla
  9. 1/2tsp. Salt,1/2 tsp. Red Kashmiri Chillies, 1/2 tsp strong red chilli powder
  10. 1/4 tsp. of turmeric
  11. 1 big bowl Refined oil for frying and cooking
  12. 5piece each of almond,pistachio & kajucut vertically
  13. 1piece of Coal

Instructions

  1. First of all switch on gas put oil on it and fry big pieces of Paneer in it.
  2. Take another pan, put all whole Masallas and grind it.
  3. Now fry vertically cut big onions, garlic& ginger, now grind them in mixer grinder with dry masalla and ginger garlic and tomatoes.
  4. Now put in a pan with hot oil in it put salt and both chilli powders with1/4tsp. of turmeric.
  5. Now put 1/2 glass of water keep it on gas untill oil is seprated
  6. Put cut in apaneer like multiply × and fill all dry fruits in it.
  7. At end take aburning piece of coal a small bowl keep it in a pan and cover it for 30 seconds.
  8. Now take a serving bowl put thick masallagravy in it and Paneer on it, garnish it and it's ready to serve.

It goes well with butter paneer.
