ABOUT Guacamole egg sandwich RECIPE

Guacamole/avocado is very good for health. This is very healthy and mouth watering breakfast. And the most important, it is oil free.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Avocado
  2. 2 Eggs
  3. 1/3 red onion
  4. 2 green chilies
  5. 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  6. 1/3 cup chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1/2 tbsp Crushed black pepper
  8. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Butter as required
  11. 8 slices Cereal bread/any bread

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs. Chopped onion, ginger, green chilies and coriander leaves very finely.
  2. Peel the skin of the avocado and separates the seed.
  3. In a bowl add avocado, onion, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt and black pepper and mix them well with hands.
  4. Now add the boiled eggs and mix them well with spoon. Stuffing is ready.
  5. Toast the bread with butter. Add the stuffing on one bread and cover it with other. Seebr it hot.
